US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most of the products you see in our store have already been shipped to the U.S. This allows for quicker response time when someone wants to order a product but doesn’t want to wait more than three weeks for delivery. We are a small business, but strive to respond as quickly as possible to your orders. Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days and then arrive another 3 to 5 business days after that. You will receive an email once the order ships and is on the way.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Some of the products listed in the store are still in Morocco. You may pre-order these items, meaning you pay for the item while it is still in Morocco. For these products, please allow much more time for the product to arrive, a minimum of 8 weeks. We will send you an email at the address provide at checkout when the item is on the way to the U.S. You will receive another notification once the item is shipped to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Products that ship from Morocco will be identified in the product description as “Pre-Order Only”.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Once your order has shipped to the address you provide at checkout, you will receive a tracking number by email.
